碱熔离子交换-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定多金属矿中痕量稀土元素杨小丽1,崔森1,杨梅1,李小丹1(1.湖北省武汉市武汉地质矿产研究所)摘 要:采用碱熔-离子交换法处理多金属矿化样品,建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定多金属矿中稀土元素的分析方法.对仪器最佳工作参数进行了优化,探讨了离子交换的速度,洗提液对样品分析结果的影响.实验表明,采用离子交换法分离和选择适当的同位素消除了基体干扰和质谱干扰,用铑,铼作内标元素,有效的抑制了分析信号的漂移.用该方法测定以锌为主的多金属矿石和以铜为主的多金属矿石标......
