钇-四对甲氧基苯基卟啉配合物([Y(TMOPP)(H2O)3]Cl)的伏安行为及其与牛血清白蛋白相互作用的研究 侯安新1,鲍伟1,王长发1,李春涯1 (1.武汉大学化学系,湖北,武汉,430072) 摘要:对钇-四对甲氧基苯基卟啉配合物([Y(TMOPP)(H2O)3]Cl) 修饰玻碳电极的伏安行为进行了研究, 发现它在膜里的氧化还原性质与其在非水溶剂中的电极反应过程存在着差异.该修饰电极膜中的配合物能与牛血清白蛋白发生相互作用, 结果不仅使其氧化还原波形有所改变, 而且峰电流也随牛血清白蛋白的浓度的增大而不断减小. 峰电流的变化(ΔIp)与牛血清白蛋白的浓度在1.0×10-6~1.0×10-4 mol·L-1范围内符合: ΔIp=1.144×104C+0.2226 (r2=0.9923)关系式. 荧光光谱法的测量也证明了牛血清白蛋白与[Y(TMOPP)(H2O)3] 存在着相互作......
