离心铸造WC/钢组织结构的研究 易少霞1,尤显卿1,张焱2,丁峰2,刘宝1 (1.合肥工业大学,材料科学与工程学院,安徽,合肥,230009;2.安徽职业技术学院,机械工程系,安徽,合肥,230011) 摘要:选用GCr15轴承钢为基体,WC颗粒为增强相,采用离心铸造工艺制备WC/钢复合材料-LGJW20.用金相分析,电镜扫描(SEM),X射线衍射(XRD)及能谱分析(EDS)等方法研究材料铸态的相变过程及显微组织.研究结果表明:LGJW20显微组织中基体主要为细小的珠光体组织,基体中析出大量M_(23)C_6及MC型等细小碳化物颗粒;WC原始颗粒以各种复式碳化物的形式析出,分别形成枝状或鱼骨状共晶碳化物,网状二次碳化物及大块状碳化物. 关键词:离心铸造; WC/钢复合材料; 显微组织; 碳化物; centrifugal casting; WC/steel composites......
