各向异性导电胶粘剂膜的制备及其性能研究 于洁1,王琛1,王洛礼1,黎文部2 (1.湖北省化学研究院,湖北,武汉,430074;2.武汉生物工程学院,应用化学系,湖北,武汉,430415) 摘要:采用丙烯酸酯橡胶,可交联预聚物和导电微球共混制备各向异性导电胶粘剂膜(ACF),研究了丙烯酸酯橡胶和可交联预聚物配比,丙烯酸酯橡胶分子量,可交联预聚物中环氧树脂种类,丙烯酸和环氧树脂配比等因素对ACF性能的影响.结果表明:丙烯酸酯橡胶/可交联预聚物配比为80/20~70/30,丙烯酸酯橡胶数均分子量在15万以上,采用JF-220环氧树脂,羧基/环氧基摩尔比为4/5时制得的ACF具有良好的连接性能.......
