TC11小直径棒材超声检测杂波水平与组织的关系 史亦韦1,蔡建明1,梁菁1 (1.北京航空材料研究院,北京,100095) 摘要:通过对两组TC11小直径棒材试样杂波水平的测试以及金相组织的观察,研究了杂波水平与金相组织的关系,并对采用单双探头时杂波水平的评定结果进行了分析.结果表明:超声检测杂波水平与金相组织之间存在着一定的关系;棒材中α片层集束尺寸较大,β晶粒破碎不足是高杂波水平产生的重要原因;单探头对不同组织杂波水平的差异不如双探头明显,同时探伤参数的变化对杂波水平的评定也有一定的影响. 关键词:钛合金棒材; 超声检测; 杂波; 微观组织; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
