Cu-SiC复合电极电火花加工烧结NdFeB永磁体的研究李丽,程祥,李志永,牛宗伟山东理工大学机械工程学院摘 要:将超声波和复合电沉积技术相结合制备了Cu-SiC复合电极材料,利用SiC颗粒高熔点,高导电性的特点探索对烧结NdFeB永磁体电火花的可加工性.研究了Cu-SiC电极对NdFeB永磁体加工效率,加工效果的影响规律.结果表明SiC颗粒在火花放电中使电场产生畸变,降低了击穿电压,火花痕迹大而浅,表面粗糙度降低;同时提高了加工效率,降低了电极损耗.关键词:Cu-SiC电极;电火花加工;烧结NdFeB永磁体;电极损耗;......

影响NdFeB永磁合金磁性的微观结构分析王晓丽1,2,丁开鸿3,崔胜利3,孙永聪3,杨平4,李木森11. 山东大学材料液固结构演变与加工教育部重点实验室2. 江苏科技大学材料学院3. 烟台首钢磁性材料股份有限公司4. 北京科技大学材料科学与工程学院摘 要:以N35TH烧结态NdFeB永磁合金为实验材料,进行时效态处理,系统分析了合金微观结构对磁性的影响.通过场发射扫描电镜观察了合金形貌,结果表明,影响NdFeB磁性的内在因素包括在主晶相Nd2Fe14B晶界处富稀土相的形态和分布,主晶相晶界的平直规整和Nd2Fe14B主晶相的数量增加,而且NdFeB永磁合金中具有<001>强织构和<001>取向的主晶相Nd2Fe14B晶粒明显增多,也是导致磁性改善的重要原因.关键词......
