Inconel 718合金中δ相溶解动力学及对缺口敏感性的影响蔡大勇,张伟红,刘文昌,肖福仁,姚枚,孙贵东,陈宗霖,王少刚摘 要:通过X -射线衍射及高温持久试验研究Inconel 718中δ相在不同温度下溶解的动力学过程 ,以及δ相含量对缺口敏感性的影响.结果表明 ,在 980 ,10 0 0和 10 2 0℃保温过程中 ,δ相含量逐渐降低. 10 2 0℃保温 2h后δ相可完全溶入基体 ,980℃保温 30min,10 0 0℃保温 2h后δ相趋于平衡含量 3%和 0 6%.保温开始阶段 ,δ相的溶解速度较快且近似为常数 ,随着时间延长 ,溶解速度降低.δ相含量在 0 62 %~ 2 98% ,合金无缺口敏感性 ,含量低于 0 43%时导致缺口敏感. 10 0 0℃固溶合金的高温持久性能最佳......
Inconel 718合金喷丸层γ″相的析出及应力松弛蔡大勇,聂璞林,单佳萍,刘文昌,姚枚摘 要:Inconel718合金喷丸后分别在 70 0℃和 740℃进行时效处理 ,采用应力分析仪研究喷丸层的应力分布及应力松弛规律 ,并通过X射线衍射 (XRD)定量分析喷丸层及基体中γ″相的析出动力学.喷丸处理在Inconel 718合金表层形成残余压应力场 ,表面压应力约为 -5 3 0MPa,最大压应力距表面约为 0 1mm ,约 -62 0MPa.喷丸后的时效过程中 ,表面残余压应力逐渐发生松弛 ,应力松弛的动力学过程满足Zener Wert Avrami关系. 70 0℃和 740℃时效时 ,Inconel718合金喷丸层及基体中γ″相的析出动力学过程明显不同 ,喷丸处理促进了γ″相的析出......
热输入对脉冲等离子弧增材制造Inconel 718合金组织与性能的影响王凯博,吕耀辉,刘玉欣,孙哲,徐滨士装甲兵工程学院装备再制造技术国防科技重点实验室摘 要:采用基于脉冲等离子弧的增材制造技术在Q235基板上加工了Inconel 718合金试样,通过改变功率和焊接速度研究了不同热输入对试样组织与性能演变规律的影响.借助光学显微镜,扫描电镜,能谱分析,维氏硬度仪等手段对试样晶粒形态,枝晶间距,元素偏析,析出相成分及分布,显微硬度等进行表征,结果表明随着热输入从1.08×106 J/m增大至1.76×106 J/m,晶粒形态从细长的柱状枝晶逐渐转变为粗大的胞状枝晶,枝晶间距从6.34μm增大至9.09μm,Nb,Mo等元素在枝晶间偏析加剧,Laves相由颗粒状,块状逐渐变为长链状,显微硬度不断下降......
