高铈抛光粉表面电性及悬浮液分散稳定性研究 徐小丽1,李永绣1,李炳伟1,周新木1 (1.南昌大学,稀土与微纳功能材料研究中心,江西,南昌,330047) 摘要:通过测定高铈抛光粉(以下简称抛光粉)悬浮液的ξ电位,吸光度和粘度,探讨了不同pH值,分散剂种类及浓度对抛光粉水相体系分散稳定性的影响.结果表明,ξ电位与吸光度有良好的对应关系,ξ电位绝对值越高,吸光度越大,则体系分散稳定性越好;pH值,分散剂种类及加入量是影响抛光粉水相体系分散稳定性的主要因素.羧甲基纤维素,聚丙烯酸适合作抛光粉悬浮液的分散剂.一定粒径范围的粉体在分散剂的作用下其悬浮液具有较好的稳定性. 关键词:抛光粉; 悬浮液......
