均匀化热处理对Al-Mg-Sc铝合金铸锭微观组织和性能的影响陈琳1,闫德胜21. 西南铝业(集团)有限责任公司2. 中国科学院金属研究所摘 要:采用DSC差热试验方法和电镜能谱仪等检测手段,对不同温度均匀化退火后合金铸态组织和硬度进行观察和分析.结果表明:Al-Mg-Sc合金铸锭中的初生相主要为分布在晶粒内部的Al3(Sc,Zr,Ti)相与分布在晶界处的Al3Mg2相.采用较高温度470℃均匀化退火时,合金的加热应保持较低的加热速率,或者采用二级以上均匀化热处理工艺.在470℃均匀化退火时,在加热2h内硬度下降明显,保温时间延长,硬度下降变得缓慢.关键词:Al-Mg-Sc合金;均匀化热处理;微观组织;性能;......

焊后热处理对Al-Mg-Sc合金板材焊接接头组织与力学性能的影响 雷学锋1,何振波1,蹇海根1,赵娟1,姜锋1 (1.中南大学材料科学与工程学院,长沙,410083;2.航天材料及工艺研究所第四事业部,北京,100076;3.东北轻合金有限责任公司技术部,哈尔滨,150060) 摘要:采用Al-Mg-Se-Zr焊丝为填充材料对Al-Mg-Sc合金薄板进行手工非熔化极惰性气体保护焊(TIG焊),并对焊接接头进行350℃下保温1h的焊后热处理.通过拉伸实验,显微硬度测试,SEM及TEM观察对热处理前,后的Al-Mg-Sc合金焊接接头的力学性能及微观组织进行了对比研究.结果表明:热处理前焊接接头强度为332MPa;经350℃/1h热处理后,焊接接头强度增至410 MPa,焊接接头强度系数达到0.98,焊接接头延伸率由5.6%增加至14.4%,并且焊缝区的显微硬度得到大幅度提高,拉伸时断裂......
