基于降低悬浮颗粒Zeta电位的铜精矿沉降过程研究米丽平1,孙春宝1,徐涛1,曾慧峰1,刘洪均2,谷志军2,杨宝东21. 北京科技大学土木与环境工程学院2. 中国黄金集团内蒙古矿业有限公司摘 要:以内蒙古乌山铜钼矿铜精矿矿浆为例,研究了加入絮凝剂/凝聚剂后矿浆的沉降过程,以及絮凝剂/凝聚剂种类与矿浆的Zeta电位的关系.实验研究发现,无机凝聚剂WA能使矿浆Zeta电位改变符号,在不同药剂用量下,由原来的-15.69 mV变为+2.39 mV;有机高分子絮凝剂WB作用下的矿浆电位始终为负值,但存在电位绝对值先降低再升高的趋势,WA和WB均能起到强化铜精矿沉降的作用.按照最佳用量下矿浆电位接近于零的原则,WA的最佳用量为850 g/t,WB的最佳用量为2.5 g/t.通过pH值条件试验,认为WA的最佳使用范......
