PBZS低熔玻璃的Raman光谱及性能陈培东华大学先进玻璃制造技术教育部工程研究中心摘 要:选择P2O5-B2O3-ZnO-SnO(PBZS)低熔玻璃体系,利用Raman光谱,差热分析(DTA)和热膨胀仪等研究玻璃中SnO/ZnO比对玻璃结构和性能的影响,分析了该体系玻璃特征温度(Tg及Tf),热膨胀系数(α),体积电阻率(Rv)及其变化规律.结果表明:在该体系中,随着SnO/ZnO比的上升,玻璃Raman光谱特征峰1080cm-1和775cm-1都向低波数漂移,形成无定形的BPO4和ZnSn2(PO4)2聚合体;玻璃的特征温度先上升后下降,膨胀系数先下降后上升,在SnO/ZnO等于1.25附近出现极值;玻璃的电阻率随着温度的上升快速下降,但在250℃时,基本上只与温度有关,而与SnO/ZnO比无关......

单晶钛酸铋纳米片的XPS和Raman特性 尤晶1,顾豪爽1,胡永明1,袁颖1,胡正龙1 (1.湖北大学,铁电压电材料与器件湖北省重点实验室,物理学与电子技术学院,湖北,武汉,430062) 摘要:以Bi(NO3)3·5H2O和Ti(OC4H9)4为原料,NaOH为矿化剂,采用水热法制备了形貌规则的单晶Bi4Ti3O12纳米片.X射线衍射(XRD)结果表明,所合成的产物为正交相层状钙钛矿结构的Bi4Ti3O12.场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)研究显示:样品是由大量边缘尺寸接近200 nm,厚度约为15 nm的片状结构组成.利用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究产物的化学组分和价态分布.室温拉曼光谱研究表明,Bi4Ti3O12纳米片的声子寿命和热稳定性低于相应的块体材料. 关键词:Bi4Ti3O12; 水热法; 纳米片; XPS; Raman; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
微波固相合成纳米LaB6的组织结构及其透光特性 苏玉长,张鹏飞,肖立华,陈宏艳 (中南大学 材料科学与工程学院,湖南 长沙,410083) 摘要:以La2O3和KBH4为原材料,用微波低温固相法合成LaB6纳米粉末.采用XRD衍射,Raman散射,扫描电镜和透射电镜对合成产物组织结构和分子振动进行表征.对添加LaB6纳米颗粒的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)隔热透明涂层透光特性进行测试.研究结果表明:低温固相合成的LaB6结构与其他方法制备的LaB6结构相同,颗粒形状为类球形,其粒径在20~60 nm之间;含纳米LaB6颗粒的涂层对近红外辐射有明显的阻隔作用,在可见光区有良好的透过率;当添加纳米LaB6的质量分数为0.05%时,PVB涂层在可见过光区的透过率可达79%左右,在近红外光区的透过率只有46%. 关键词:纳米LaB6;微波固相烧结;扫描电镜;Raman散射;透光特性 中图分类号......
