热循环对预应变NiTi记忆合金丝/铝基复合材料马氏体逆相变的影响 崔立山1,杨大智2 (1.石油大学材料科学与工程系,北京,102200;2.大连理工大学材料系,大连,116023) 摘要:采用热压法将0.26mm的NiTi合金丝复合于铝中,利用SEM,DSC,热膨胀仪等实验手段研究了热循环对预应变为4%的NiTi合金丝/铝基复合材料马氏体逆相变的影响.结果表明:在第一次加热过程中,马氏体逆转变开始温度明显升高;第二次加热过程中逆转变开始温度比未预应变样品略有降低,随热循环次数增加,逆相变开始温度降低;当循环次数超过30次后,逆转变温度几乎保持不变.并对热循环过程中的马氏体相变过程进行了分析讨论. 关键词:NiTi记忆合金; 复合材料; 热循环; 马氏体逆相变; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

钛镍多孔材料的制备及其显微组织与形状记忆性能 马蓦1,廖政1,林建国1 (1.湘潭大学,低维材料及其应用技术教育部重点实验室,湖南,湘潭,411105) 摘要:采用粉末烧结法制备了高孔隙率的Ti-50.8 at%Ni形状记忆合金(SMA),并对其显微组织和形状记忆性能进行了研究.结果表明,用该种方法制备的多孔合金样品具有孔隙分布均匀以及开孔率高的特点,其平均孔径在200 μm左右.合金组织主要由奥氏体NiTi相(B2)和单斜马氏体NiTi相(B19'')组成.循环加载-卸载实验结果表明,该多孔材料能表现出一定的形状记忆效应,而且形状记忆效应随孔隙率的增加而降低. 关键词:多孔NiTi形状记忆合金; 粉末冶金法; 孔结构; 形状记忆性能; porous NiTi shape memory alloy; powder metallurgy; pore structure; shape......
热机械循环方法对训练NiTi合金双程形状记忆效应的影响 侯文生1,廖彦剑1,牟波1,杨军1,郑小林1,罗洪艳1 (1.重庆大学生物工程学院,重庆,400044) 摘要:采用4种典型的热机械循环方法训练获取具有双程形状记忆效应的镍钛合金丝,从双程形状回复量,高温相形状,低温相形状和相变温度的变化等方面系统研究了训练方法对双程形状记忆效应训练效果的影响.结果表明,在不同训练方法中镍钛合金丝被加载应变时所处的物质相态的差异是造成不同训练效果的主要原因,其中在马氏体相变过程中因加栽引入的位错最有利于双程形状记忆效应的形成. 关键词:NiTi合金; 热机械循环训练方法; 双程形状记忆效应; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
