爆炸喷涂NiCrAlY涂层的高温抗氧化行为 孙晓峰1,金涛1,胡壮麒1,管恒荣1,张玉娟1 (1.中国科学院金属研究所,沈阳,110016) 摘要:利用XRD,SEM和EDS检测了爆炸喷涂NiCrAlY涂层的高温氧化行为.结果表明,涂层1050℃恒温氧化动力学曲线符合抛物线规律,涂层表面生成Al2O3保护膜.氧化300 h,表面氧化膜基本保持完好,涂层/基体界面无开裂,基体表层出现铝与氮的化合物.与不加涂层的单晶镍基高温合金基体比较,爆炸喷涂的NiCrAlY涂层高温抗氧化能力明显增强. 关键词:爆炸喷涂; NiCrAlY涂层; 抗氧化能力; 氧化膜; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
