直接激光沉积Ti6Al4V/Inconel 718复合材料微观组织与力学性能分析(英文)吴东江,元世军,余超,何爱迪,马广义,牛方勇,卢凡大连理工大学精密与特种加工教育部重点实验室摘 要:Ti6Al4V和Inconel 718合金被广泛用于航空航天.但TC4或Inconel 718难以同时满足轻量化和耐高温的需求.因此采用直接激光沉积制备了不同比例Ti6Al4V/Inconel 718复合材料.分别通过X射线衍射,扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪分析相组成,微观结构和元素分布.同时,研究了显微硬度和摩擦磨损性能.结果表明:随着Inconel 718的比例增加,有Ti2Ni和Ni3Ti金属间化合物形成.Ti2Ni的形成机理为:β→α+Ti2Ni和L→β-Ti+Ti2Ni,且Ti2Ni金属间化合物的偏析机理为晶间偏......

基于DEFORM-3D的EHM切削Inconel 718的刀具磨损研究滕文博,潘星宇,康裕华,董霖摘 要:具有难切削加工问题的高温合金是发动机的关键材料,为了减少切削加工区域的刀具磨损深度,运用仿真软件DEFO-RM-3D建立了高温合金Inconel 718的EHM仿真模型,随后用EHM仿真模型分别进行了单因素实验与正交实验的仿真实验.实验结果表明:随着切削速度,切削深度,进给量三个切削因素的持续增大,刀具磨损深度表现为不断上升的趋势,而工件初始温度的不断升高则会持续降低刀具磨损深度;在工件初始温度不断升高的条件下,EHM仿真模型的刀具磨损深度比无电流加热切削刀具磨损深度降低了21.9%.关键词:切削加工;Inconel 718;EHM;仿真模型;DEFORM-3D软件;刀具磨损;......
