CuCr触头材料小电流下阴极斑点与截流值研究 丁秉钧1,段文新1,杨志懋1,郭聪慧1 (1.西安交通大学,金属材料强度国家重点实验室,陕西,西安,710049) 摘要:研究了在峰值电流分别为10A和80A的小击穿电流下,CuCr25与CuCr50合金阴极斑点蚀坑形貌的差异.通过比较阴极斑点蚀坑的大小和分布,分析了CuCr触头材料显微组织中Cr相尺寸的大小对阴极斑点运动和蚀坑形貌的影响.采用示波器直接测量出截流值和电弧寿命,结合CuCr合金阴极斑点蚀坑形貌的分布,从现象和机理上解释了CuCr25合金截流值低于CuCr50合金的原因.这些结果对通过优化CuCr合金的显微组织以降低触头材料的截流值提供了有力的依据. 关键词:CuCr触头材料; 阴极斑点; 截流值; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

后续烧结对爆炸压实CuCr合金显微组织的影响 孟松鹤1,罗守靖2,李金平1,韩杰才1 (1.哈尔滨工业大学复合材料与结构研究所,哈尔滨,150001;2.哈尔滨工业大学材料科学与工程学院,哈尔滨,150001) 摘要:对爆炸压实CuCr合金坯采用两种低温烧结处理工艺,通过观察其显微组织变化研究了后续烧结对爆炸压实CuCr合金显微组织的影响.结果表明,氢气烧结处理后的CuCr组织呈现出液相烧结的特征,而真空烧结处理后表现为固相烧结的特征,经烧结处理后的组织比爆炸坯的组织细小.Cu,Cr合金坯经低温烧结处理后,仍由Cu相,Cr相以及少量氧化物组成.另外,微区内出现轻微的成分偏析,烧结体含有大量的应变条纹和位错. 关键词:CuCr合金; 爆炸压实; 后续烧结; 显微组织; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
