石煤提钒配煤焙烧试验研究 胡杨甲1,黄晶1,刘涛1,张一敏1,朱晓波1,李望1 (1.武汉科技大学,资源与环境工程学院,湖北,武汉,430081) 摘要:以江西某地石煤为试验原料,采用氧化焙烧-水浸-酸浸工艺提取其中的钒,研究了原矿直接氧化焙烧及原矿经脱碳后氧化焙烧对浸出率的影响,原矿及脱碳样配煤氧化焙烧对浸出率和焙烧能耗的影响.结果表明,原矿经脱碳后氧化焙烧浸出率为80.12%,较原矿直接氧化焙烧提高11.71%;脱碳样配入5%的无烟煤,浸出率可达81.96%,氧化焙烧温度可降低30 ℃,焙烧时间缩短0.5 h,降低了生产成本. 关键词:石煤; 钒; 焙烧; 无烟煤; 浸出率; stone coal; vanadium; roasting; anthracite; leaching rate; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

石煤提钒钠化焙烧中烧结现象的研究 杨东1,刘涛1,张一敏1,陆岷1 (1.武汉科技大学资源与环境工程学院,湖北,武汉,430081) 摘要:选取湖北某地石煤作为试验原料, 通过测量焙砂的松装密度和一次水浸率来研究不同焙烧温度,添加剂的种类和用量对于石煤烧结的影响. 试验表明, 石煤钠化焙烧时, 随着温度的上升松装密度增加, 烧结越严重, 钒浸出率下降, 焙烧温度应控制在750 ℃左右之间. 在最佳温度时NaCl添加量不应超过6%, Na_2CO_3添加量不应超过4%, MX_3添加量不应超过5%, 否则也会引起较严重的烧结从而降低钒浸出率. 关键词:石煤; 焙烧; 烧结; 松装密度; 浸出率; stone coal; roasting; sintering; apparent density; leaching rate; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
