提高氧枪寿命工艺研究苏瑞娟甘肃有色冶金职业技术学院摘 要:氧枪系统是转炉生产不可或缺的一部分.由于氧枪工作环境恶劣,工人操作失误,导致氧枪喷头变形漏水和枪身粘钢结瘤等问题时常发生.本文利用SEM表征,扫描电镜能谱和XRD对氧枪样品进行了分析.SEM表征分析说明,氧枪表面产生裂纹.样品经X射线衍射分析,得到其主要物相组成为Ni,Cr,Fe,Mn,Zn相互组成的氧化物.样品经扫描电镜能谱分析,基体和过渡层主要元素为Ni,Cr和Fe;但扫描电镜能谱分析结果显示氧枪表面镍含量为零,主要是Cr,Fe,Mn,Zn,O形成的化合物,与XRD物相分析结果一致.而镍是重要的合金化元素,能提高钢的强度和耐腐蚀能力.因此氧枪表面镍的消失,是直接导致氧枪产生裂纹的原因,进而降低了氧枪的使用寿命.所以优化结构设计和完善喷涂材料......
