预涂和感应重熔制备Ni60熔覆层的研究张乐,陈美英,高峰,国俊丰,徐鹏北京矿冶研究总院摘 要:采用预涂和感应重熔方法在45#钢上制备了Ni60熔覆层.对熔覆层的宏观照片,SEM,EDS,XRD和硬度进行了分析.结果表明:A+B粘接剂可以制备重熔效果良好的熔覆层.重熔后试样表面有大量灰黑色残渣,局部有些凸凹不平.重熔后界面附近的显微组织分为三部分:基体-过渡区-涂层熔覆区.涂层熔覆区为Ni基的,其上分布着块状组织,碳化物和富含Cr的硬质相,且含有Si的氧化物和孔洞.过渡区内发生了冶金结合.预涂和感应重熔后试样的洛氏硬度值为53.6HRC,涂层熔覆层上距基体不同距离的几个点处维氏硬度值在700HV0.3左右.关键词:粘接剂;预涂;感应重熔;Ni60粉末;......
18Cr2Ni4WA钢表面微束等离子熔覆Ni60合金层的性能夏成宝,涂明武,葛文军空军第一航空学院摘 要:过去,对飞机襟翼作动筒活塞磨损表面修复的研究较少.利用微束等离子弧热源在18Cr2Ni4WA基体表面制备了Ni60熔覆层,研究了熔覆层的形貌,成分,相结构,显微硬度,相对耐磨性及耐腐蚀性能.结果表明:熔覆层中有大量等轴晶,当熔覆扫描速度增加时枝状晶和柱状晶增多,熔覆层均匀,致密;熔覆层主要由γ-Ni,Ni3B,Cr21.34Fe1.66C6和Cr2B3相组成,扫描速度较低时还出现了γ-Fe相;熔覆层的硬度随扫描速度的增加先增加后减小;18Cr2Ni4WA基体经微束等离子熔覆处理后,耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能提高.关键词:微束等离子熔覆;18Cr2Ni4WA;Ni60;组织结构;性能;......
火焰喷焊和等离子堆焊制备Ni60及Ni60-WC涂层的组织与性能李朋洋1,余新泉1,黄怡2,潘徐杰21. 东南大学材料科学与工程学院江苏省先进金属材料高技术研究重点实验室2. 江苏省核电阀门重点实验室摘 要:采用火焰喷焊与等离子堆焊工艺分别制备了Ni60与Ni60-WC涂层,对比研究了两种涂层的显微组织,物相组成,硬度和耐磨性能.结果表明:Ni60与Ni60-WC喷焊层比相应堆焊层的内部缺陷多,孔隙率高;喷焊层硬度曲线波动大,堆焊层硬度分布均匀;喷焊层磨损表面粗糙,划痕较多,而堆焊层磨损表面平滑;WC颗粒的添加提高了喷焊层与堆焊层的硬度和耐磨性;火焰喷焊工艺下,WC颗粒的添加使得涂层孔隙率增大,WC颗粒发生一定的脱碳,而等离子堆焊工艺下WC颗粒的添加对涂层孔隙率影响不大,WC颗粒能较完整地保存在涂层内......
