镁合金靶板在球形弹丸侵彻过程中的破坏分析 纪伟1,范亚夫1 (1.中国兵器科学研究院宁波分院,山东,烟台,264003) 摘要:借助光学显微镜和扫描电镜等研究了Mg-Gd-Y系合金靶板在高速侵彻过程中的破坏形式,并对侵彻过程作了进一步的分析.结果表明,不同的侵彻阶段对应不同的破坏形式.在开坑和层裂阶段,靶板的破坏形式以微裂纹的形核与扩展为主;而在稳定塑性侵彻阶段,靶板的破坏形式则主要表现为绝热剪切带的形成与扩展.该合金在高速侵彻过程中背部自由面会发生多层层裂,各层破片的断口形貌有所不同.最外层破片由中心平坦区和边缘粗糙区组成.而内层破片则主要由平坦区组成.其中平坦区断口表现为准解理特征,而粗糙区断口则主要由细小的解理面组成并伴随有二次裂纹.通过对层裂破片和常规冲击断口的断口形貌进行对比发现,高速冲击载荷作用下镁合金表现出更大的塑性. 关键词:Mg-Gd-Y系合金; 高速侵彻; 绝......
