ZnS:Cl荧光粉的蓝光性能 徐华蕊1,张志刚1 (1.桂林电子科技大学信息材料科学与工程系,桂林,541004) 摘要:在氩气保护下将ZnS与KCl的混合粉体焙烧合成了ZnS基蓝光粉,并研究了焙烧温度及KCl添加量对荧光粉蓝光性能的影响.结果表明,在337nm波长的紫外光激发下,该荧光粉发射峰位于464nm,呈蓝光,随着焙烧温度的升高或KCl添加量的增大,荧光粉发光强度均呈现先增大后减小的变化规律;当焙烧温度为900℃,KCl添加量为10%(原子分数)时荧光粉的蓝光最强. 关键词:ZnS; 焙烧; 缺陷; ZnS ∶ Cl blue phosphor; sintering; defects; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
