基于Master CAM的数控代码转换系统开发及应用何培英,樊宁,师展郑州轻工业学院机电工程学院摘 要:MasterCAM内部虽然带有许多后置处理程序,但并不能直接应用于一些在我国使用比较普遍的数控系统.针对这一状况,在分析了Master CAM后置处理程序特点的基础上,构思系统的开发流程,利用VB 6.0程序开发环境进行相应的界面设计和程序开发,开发出了一个小型软件系统,可使Master CAM生成的后置处理程序直接转换为多种数控系统所需的NC代码,从而满足不同数控系统的需求.并以实际应用验证系统运行的实用性和可靠性,以及操作的简便性.关键词:Master CAM;数控代码;后置程序;转换系统;......

Al-Ce稀土化合物价电子结构与性能分析蒋淑英,李世春中国石油大学(华东)摘 要:基于EET理论和BLD方法,计算了6种Al-Ce稀土化合物的价电子结构和化学键键能,探讨了价电子结构与强度,塑性和稳定性的关系,从理论上预测了6种Al-Ce稀土化合物强度,塑性和稳定性的相对大小.计算结果表明,CeAl4对铝合金的室温强度,高温稳定性和高温强度都有显著的贡献,同时对铝合金的塑,韧性影响最小;CeAl3的增强作用不大;β-Ce3Al和CeAl的脆性大;α-Ce3Al的稳定性差.因此,在稀土-铝合金的制备中,应促进CeAl4相的生成,避免α-Ce3Al,β-Ce3Al,CeAl及CeAl3的出现.关键词:稀土-铝合金;Al-Ce化合物;价电子结构;性能分析;......
