AB5型储氢合金初始放电容量与合金成分定量关系的神经网络分析何文涛1,刘淑梅1,由伟2,刘雅辉11. 上海工程技术大学材料工程学院2. 华北科技学院机电工程学院摘 要:为了研究AB5型储氢合金初始放电容量与合金成分间的关系,设计了径向基函数型人工神经网络模型.用"留一法"训练了模型,然后用训练好的神经网络模型预测了5个样本的初始放电容量,预测值和实验值在散点图中沿45°线分布,统计学指标为:均方误差(MSE)为6.063,相对均方误差(MSRE)为0.0262%,拟合分值(VOF)为1.934 5,说明人工神经网络预测的结果是准确,可靠的.最后用神经网络分析了AB5型储氢合金的合金成分对其初始放电容量的定量影响,结果表明:La,Nd含量对初始放电容量影响呈抛物线关系,初始放电容量存在一个极小值;Ce含......
气雾化低钴贮氢AB5型合金的电化学性能和 Rietveld 分析 张曙光1,马自力1,石力开1,郭宏1,经海1,卢彩涛1,张少明1 (1.北京有色金属研究总院) 摘要:用快速凝固气体雾化法制备了低钴系列贮氢合金 MlNi4.3-xCoxMn0.4Al0.3(x=0.75,0.45,0.29,0.1,Ml 为富镧混合稀土) 并测试其电化学性能.气雾化法可显著提高贮氢合金电极的充-放电循环稳定性,x=0.45 时合金的循环寿命与商用铸态合金的寿命相当.最大放电容量随着 Co 含量的增加,先增大后减小,在 x=0.29 时出现极大值(304.4 mAh/g).结合循环寿命和最大放电容量两个性能指标,x=0.45 时的合金具有良好的综合电化学性能.采用 Rietveld 法(多晶衍射图形拟合法)对其精细结构进行分析,合金仍保持母合金 LaNi5 的 CaCu5 型六方晶系结构,合金的晶胞体......
