高温焙烧-磁选联合处理包钢含锌粉尘的研究王春龙1,张建良1,刘征建1,胡正文1,林祥海1,苏步新1(1.北京市北京科技大学 冶金与生态工程学院)摘 要:对转底炉处理含锌粉尘进行了实验室研究,通过设计正交试验考察了焙烧温度,焙烧时间及配煤量对含锌粉尘脱锌率,金属化率,磁选精矿产率以及铁回收率的影响.试验结果表明最佳工艺参数为:焙烧温度1 350℃,焙烧时间25min,配煤量6%.在此条件下的脱锌率和金属化率分别高达99.29%和99.68%,精矿产率为46.57%,铁回收率为95.46%.对经过最优方案焙烧并磁选......
