电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定AZ系列镁合金中磷周西林1,田晓溪2,李芬3,闫立东2,刘守琼11. 重庆市计量质量检测研究院铝镁中心2. 辽宁科技大学化学工程学院3. 重庆工业职业技术学院化学工程系摘 要:提出了一种快速而准确测定AZ系列镁合金中磷的方法.以盐酸和过氧化氢溶解样品,选择213.618nm波长的谱线作为分析线,采用基体匹配校准曲线,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定试液中磷含量.测定100mL试液中120μg磷时,500mg镁,200mg铝,10mg锌,1.0mg锰对测定没有干扰.AZ系列镁合金样品基本不含钼和铜,且钼干扰线的强度很弱和所用仪器对磷与铜谱线的分辨率比较高,因此钼和铜对磷测定的影响可以不考虑.方法的检出限为0.028mg/L.方法用于测定铸造镁合金中......
AZ镁合金用于干电池负极材料的电化学性能研究程毅1,2,潘复生1,2,朱伟31. 重庆大学国家镁合金材料工程技术中心2. 重庆大学材料科学与工程学院3. 重庆大学化学化工学院摘 要:采用失重法,线性电位扫描,扣式电池放电测试等方法,研究AZ21和AZ31镁合金作为镁锰干电池负极材料时的电化学性能以及电解质添加剂Li2CrO4对其电化学性能的影响.结果表明,作为干电池的负极材料,在Mg(ClO4)2作电解质时,AZ21与AZ31相比,其自腐蚀速率大,开路电压稍高,电池容量和正极材料利用率低;添加少量的Li2CrO4能大大降低AZ21和AZ31合金的自放电速率,其缓蚀作用随Li2CrO4浓度的增加而增加,但当超过0.3%(质量分数)后反而降低;Li2CrO4的添加可提高电池的工作电压,电池容量和正极材料利......
