电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定镍基合金中铌朱莉1(1.上海市宝山钢铁股份有限公司研究院)摘 要:研究了样品溶解方法,铌元素分析线的选择,基体元素和主要共存元素钼,铬,铜,钨,铬,钛对铌测定的影响,并在优化的条件下实现了用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定镍基合金中铌.结果表明:采用硫酸结合酒石酸溶解样品,根据干扰元素钒和钨的含量不同,择优选用309.418 nm,319.498 nm,316.340 nm谱线作为分析线并结合干扰校正技术可消除镍基合金中共存元素的干扰.使用该法测定了镍基合金......
