纯镁在动物体内骨诱导性能的研究 高家诚1,王勇1,乔丽英1,辛仁龙1 (1.重庆大学,重庆,400045) 摘要:将改性前后的4N-Mg以及TC4合金对照样植入白兔股骨,术后2, 6, 12 w时任取1只处死,进行X线片检查,血镁浓度测试,并对标本进行SEM观察,EDS分析,以及组织切片光镜观察.结果表明,骨内植入试验中,动物血镁浓度均在正常值范围之内;镁基植入材料显示出较好的骨结合性和骨诱导性,新生骨组织矿化明显,新生骨层上有排列整齐的破骨细胞;改性镁基材料的腐蚀降解速率明显减小.初步表明镁基材料有较好的骨诱导性能,改性对镁基材料腐蚀降解有调控作用. 关键词:镁; 表面改性; 生物相容性; 骨诱导性; magnesium; surface modification; biocompatibility; bone inducement; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
