基于Solid Works的液压集成块虚拟设计李卫民,谢里阳摘 要:以虚拟技术为核心,通过Visual Basic对SolidWorks的二次开发,实现了液压集成块的虚拟设计,解决了液压集成块孔系网络设计费时费力而又极易出错的难题.给出了系统的体系结构,提出了液压原理图数字化,集成块设计和校核的方法,通过对集成块特征库的建立,运用ActiveX Automation技术实现了SolidWorks下三维参数化造型;运用虚拟设计技术,创立了一种适合液压集成块结构特点和CAD需求的虚拟设计模式和环境构成方案,提出了液压集成块虚拟设计的解决方法,对液压集成块装配进行干涉检查,可提高设计的成功率.关键词:Solid Works;液压集成块;虚拟设计;三维实体造型;Active X......
