热处理及SmCo磁性层对TbDyFe薄膜磁致伸缩性能的影响 斯永敏1,万红1,赵恂1,邱轶1 (1.国防科技大学,湖南,长沙,410073) 摘要:研究了SmCo薄膜的复合及热处理对TbDyFe薄膜磁性及磁致伸缩性能的影响.XRD分析表明制备态的TbDyFe薄膜为非晶态,在450℃退火后,样品仍保持非晶态结构.退火处理减少了薄膜的垂直各向异性,并且退火热应力有利于薄膜的易磁化轴转向膜面,从而提高了薄膜的磁导率和TbDyFe薄膜低场下的磁致伸缩值.磁控溅射的SmCo薄膜有良好的软磁性能,它的复合也能有效地增强TbDyFe薄膜的低场磁致伸缩性能. 关键词:TbDyFe薄膜; 超磁致伸缩; 磁控溅射; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
Cr底层中添加Ti对SmCo薄膜磁学性能的影响 段静芳1,许小红1,武海顺1 (1.山西师范大学,山西,临汾,041004) 摘要:采用直流磁控溅射法制备了SmCo/Cr,SmCo/CrTi和SmCo/CrTi/Cr系列薄膜.SmCo薄膜的XRD结果表明:在Cr底层中添加Ti,得到的CrTi,CrTi/Cr底层也是以(110)面择优取向的,但是和Cr底层相比,衍射峰的位置由44.39°偏移到44.19°.薄膜的磁学性能由振动样品磁强计(VSM)测定,分析VSM的测量结果可知,用CrTi和CrTi/Cr做底层,SmCo薄膜的矫顽力Hc,矩形比S,矫顽力矩形比S*的值都比Cr底层的大,并且磁反转体积V*的值比Cr底层的小.SmCo薄膜的δM(H)曲线说明,Cr做底层时,薄膜晶粒间的相互作用为极化作用,CrTi,CrTi/Cr做底层时,薄膜晶粒间的相互作用为交换耦合相互作用. 关键词......
