Si粉在空气中燃烧合成Si3N4粉体 崔猛1,林志明1,李江涛1,杨筠1 (1.中国科学院,理化技术研究所,北京,100080;2.中国科学院,研究生院,北京,100049) 摘要:经20h机械活化后的Si粉,在空气中可以实现自燃烧合成反应,并表现出二次燃烧现象.燃烧产物的表层与内部具有显著不同的特征,表层产物中以α-Si3N4为主相,并有少量Si2N2O相和非晶SiO2共存,内部为整块的灰白色松散Si3N4粉体,其相组成与反应条件有关.本文研究了经机械活化(MA)处理后的硅粉在空气中燃烧反应的整个过程,证实了机械活化处理后的Si粉在空气中燃烧的可行性,分析了燃烧产物主要是Si3N4而不是SiO2的原因,并通过调整成份实现了对产物相组成的控制. 关键词:机械活化; 空气中燃烧; Si3N4; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

助烧剂对无压烧结Si3N4力学性能的影响 金日梅1,贾德昌1,周玉1 (1.哈尔滨工业大学 哈尔滨 150001) 摘要:研究了三种助烧剂MgO,Al2O3+AlN和Y2O3+AlN对1 800℃×3 h工艺下无压烧结Si3N4力学性能的影响情况.发现材料力学性能主要决定于助烧剂的种类,其次取决于含量.其Y2O3+AlN虽使最终生成的β-Si3N4长径比较小,线度尺寸最短,但最利于致密化,因而使材料力学性能最佳,添加量(质量分数)为12%Y2O3+6%AlN时,陶瓷的抗弯强度,断裂韧性和维氏硬度分别达到431.6 MPa,5.10 MPa*m1/2和14.52 GPa. 关键词:助烧剂; Si3N4; 力学性能; 无压烧结; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

表面活性剂对Si3N4注射成型的影响 司文捷1,苗赫濯1,熊滔1,颜鲁婷2 (1.清华大学新型陶瓷与精细工艺国家重点实验室,北京,100084;2.北京交通大学,北京,100044) 摘要:就硬脂酸(SA)及硅烷KH570两种不同的表面活性剂对注射成型各阶段的影响进行了研究.实验证明:硬脂酸在降低原始粉料混合粘度时所起的作用明显;硅烷KH570在降低经过表面氧化处理的Si3N4粉料混合粘度时作用效果明显;不同表面活性剂及不同用量对脱脂效果影响不大;但随着表面活性剂用量增加,烧结体密度逐渐减小,同样硬度也逐渐减小.但当溶剂脱脂应用于脱脂阶段时,烧结体性质在密度,硬度方面都有所提高,表面活性剂的影响不再呈明显的规律性. 关键词:表面活性剂; 粘度; 密度; Si3N4; CIM; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

晶种对自增韧Si3N4显微结构和性能的影响 张立同1,吕杰2,刘伯操2 (1.西北工业大学,西安,710072;2.北京航空材料研究院,北京,100095) 摘要:采用热压烧结-高温气压处理的方法研究了棒状β-Si3N4晶种对La2O3-Y2O3系自增韧Si3N4显微结构和性能的影响.结果表明,加入晶种将在组织中引入粗大柱状β-Si3N4晶粒,分布均匀;随着晶种加入量的增加,粗大柱状β-Si3N4晶粒数量增加,组3织明显粗化.当晶种加入量较小时(10vol%),材料具有较高的断裂韧性(~12MPam1/2),同时保持较高的强度(800~900MPa),而当晶种加入量较大时,则表现为抗弯强度的明显下降.分析表明,大晶粒直径及其面积百分数是影响断裂韧性的主要因素. 关键词:晶种; 自增韧性Si3N4; 显微结构; 力学性能; 粗大柱状晶; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
