Ti-Al系金属间化合物多孔材料的制备和性能 江垚1,黄虎军1,黄伯云1,徐南平2,贺跃辉1 (1.中南大学粉末冶金国家重点实验室,长沙,410083;2.南京工业大学膜科学技术研究所,南京,210009) 摘要:使用粉末冶金模压成形和无压反应烧结方法,制备出Ti-Al系金属间化合物多孔材料,研究了铝含量对其孔隙形成机理以及孔结构性能的影响.结果表明:烧结后Ti-Al合金坯块发生了显著的体积膨胀;最大孔径和开孔隙率都随着铝含量的增加而增大,当铝含量(质量分数)超过60%时,总孔隙率出现下降趋势;Kirkendall效应导致的钛铝元素偏扩散反应是体积膨胀和孔隙形成的主要原因. 关键词:金属材料; Ti-Al金属间化合物; 多孔材料; Kirkendall效应; 膨胀行为; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
Ti-22Al-26Nb合金的高温氧化行为 高春香1,张英1,王蕾1,王淑菊1,赵书彦1,张学军1 (1.沈阳化工学院,辽宁,沈阳,110142) 摘要:采用热重法研究Ti-22Al-26Nb合金在800和900 ℃的高温氧化行为.利用X射线衍射分析(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)对氧化膜的相组成和形貌进行分析.结果表明:在氧化初期该合金遵循抛物线规律,而20 h以后,合金的氧化动力学符合直线规律.氧化后的产物主要由TiO_2,AlNbO_4和Nb_2TiO_7组成,氧化膜出现了分层结构且氧化温度愈高,分层愈明显. 关键词:Ti-22Al-26Nb; 高温氧化; Nb的影响; Ti-22Al-26Nb; high temperature oxidation; effect of Nb; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
