无取向电工钢无铬绝缘涂层的制备及性能朱涛1,2,孙致平2,陈其安0,董梅1,裴陈新2(1.北京市钢研科技集团公司2.安徽省马鞍山市马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司)摘 要:以无铬绝缘涂料为原料,利用涂层机组制备了无取向电工钢无铬绝缘涂层.采用扫描电镜,能谱,辉光光谱等测试方法分析了涂层表面形貌,元素成分及涂层厚度.通过调整涂辊压力,SF段张力,涂层层间电阻可控制在800Ω·mm2/片左右以保证良好的绝缘性.无铬绝缘涂层中不含有毒的Cr6+,符合RoHS指令的环保要求,其综合性能可满足无取向电工钢的应用要求.......
