稀土对AM60B镁合金组织遗传性和性能的影响 孙广平1,周宏1,刘畅1,李伟1 (1.吉林大学材料科学与工程学院,吉林长春,130025) 摘要:针对采用纯AM60B镁合金原料及不同量的镁合金铸件废料生产AM60B镁合金的方法,研究了稀土元素对其组织和性能的影响.结果表明:不论是否加入废料,当稀土合金的加入量为0.5%时,组织遗传性仍然存在;随着加入量的逐渐增加,这种遗传性开始受到破坏,当加入量为1.0%时,AM60B镁合金的组织遗传性开始消失;镁合金的力学性能随着废料加入量的增加明显下降;当废料加入量一定时,随着稀土合金加入量的增加,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率都有明显改善,而当加入量达到1.0%以后,其性能增加的幅度开始趋缓,并且伸长率已呈现下降的趋势. 关键词:镁合金; 组织; 性能; 遗传性; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
