1060纯铝腐蚀膏加速腐蚀试验与大气暴露试验相关研究宋炤坤1,凤仪1,黄晓晨1,刘可1,钱刚2,张竞成21. 合肥工业大学材料科学与工程学院2. 合肥工业大学分析测试中心摘 要:采用扫描电镜,能谱仪,拉曼光谱仪和失重法观察分析1060纯铝在腐蚀膏条件下腐蚀行为和腐蚀过程动力学规律,并与之在大气环境下暴露试验作对比,探究其相关性.结果表明,1060纯铝在腐蚀膏腐蚀试验中,腐蚀类型为点蚀,腐蚀产物主要为Al2O3,Al OOH,Al(OH)3的混合物,腐蚀失重C与时间t的方程为C=0.65t0.74,呈幂指数关系;1060纯铝在大气环境的腐蚀过程中,腐蚀类型为点蚀,腐蚀产物与腐蚀膏腐蚀结果一致,腐蚀失重与时间之间关系为幂指数函数关系.腐蚀膏对1060纯铝具有加速腐蚀的效果,且与大气暴露试验之间具有相关性......

ARB工艺对1060工业纯铝组织和性能的影响 王超1,袁守谦1,张西峰1,张兵1,吕爽1 (1.西安建筑科技大学材料科学与工程学院,陕西,西安,710055) 摘要:采用ARB技术中两种轧制工艺, 研究变形后1060工业纯铝的显微组织和力学性能变化. 结果显示, 在两种ARB轧制工艺中, 单向轧制工艺的晶粒细化效果明显好于换向轧制. ARB7道次后, 采用单向轧制工艺试样的显微组织由拉长的细小纤维状晶粒组成, 平均晶粒尺寸是470 nm;采用换向轧制工艺试样由等轴状晶粒组成, 平均晶粒尺寸是680 nm. 同时, 单向轧制后, 材料的抗拉强度和显微硬度提高程度大于换向轧制, 但延伸率却不如换向轧制. 分析了ARB过程材料的变形规律和细小晶粒的形成机制. 关键词:累积复合轧制; 1060工业纯铝; 轧制工艺; 显微组织; 力学性能; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

超声波/电磁复合能场对1060铝合金铸轧板带组织和力学性能的影响毛大恒,扶宗礼,李建平,肖琼,石琛中南大学高性能复杂制造国家重点实验室摘 要:采用普通对称式方法(不施加复合能场)和非对称下沉式方法(施加超声波/电磁复合能场)对1060铝合金板带坯进行铸轧试验;研究了复合能场对铝合金板带组织和性能的影响.结果表明:施加复合能场后,铸轧速度(1.2~1.4m.min-1)提高了30%,铝合金板带的组织由粗大的柱状晶转变为均匀细小的等轴晶,其抗拉强度,屈服强度,伸长率和硬度分别提高了25.03%,24.37%,40.09%和10.95%.关键词:1060铝合金;超声波/电磁复合能场;铸轧;力学性能;......
