文章编号:1004-0609(2010)S1-s0419-06 电子束冷床熔炼工艺参数对TC4钛合金 Al元素挥发的影响 毛小南,罗 雷,于兰兰,雷文光 (西北有色金属研究院 钛合金研究所,西安 710016) 摘 要:研究不同熔炼工艺参数对电子束冷床熔炼TC4钛合金过程中Al元素挥发的影响规律.结果表明:原料为真空自耗电弧(VAR)一次锭时,二次铸锭经电子束冷床熔炼获得;在轴向上,从铸锭的顶部至底部,Al元素的含量呈下降的趋势,并且随着熔炼速度的降低,其下降趋势更为明显;在径向上,铸锭的元素分布均匀.熔速为100 kg/h时,铸锭成分控制效果最佳,最接近TC4合金的名义成分.初始原料为电极块(添加单质Al)时,Al元素在原料熔化阶段发生较严重的挥发,且挥发量随着原料中单质Al含量的增加而增加.研究凝壳发现,从原料熔化侧至钛液流出侧,凝壳中Al元素的含量......

由除杂铝渣碱溶碳分制备高纯Al(OH)3申晓毅,常龙娇,王佳东,翟玉春东北大学材料与冶金学院摘 要:以红土镍矿酸浸液的除杂铝渣为原料,经碱溶,分步碳分制备高纯Al(OH)3粉体,实验考察了除杂铝渣碱溶温度,碱溶pH值与除杂铝渣中铝溶出率的关系及碳分终点pH值,碳分温度与沉铝率之间的关系.实验得到的适宜碱溶条件为pH值14,温度90℃,时间10 min;碳分条件为碳分终点pH值9,碳分温度75℃.采用XRD,SEM,化学成分分析对所得Al(OH)3粉体进行了表征.结果表明Al(OH)3粉体晶型发育良好,颗粒不规则,表面粗糙,结构松散,多孔.关键词:除杂铝渣;碱溶;分步碳分;高纯Al(OH)3粉体;......
