电磁悬浮熔炼对A356铝合金显微组织的影响 赵罗根1,司乃潮1 (1.江苏大学材料科学与工程学院,镇江,212013) 摘要:电磁悬浮熔炼是在依靠电磁力悬浮,加热合金的同时又搅拌熔液的一种材料熔炼技术.通过调节功率使A356铝合金分别在50A,70A,90A 3个不同输出电流下进行电磁悬浮熔炼,将所得试样与常规熔炼A356铝合金锭进行对比,分析该熔炼技术对A356铝合金显微组织和密度,硬度的影响.结果表明,电磁悬浮熔炼可以明显细化合金的微观组织,提高密度,硬度等性能,并且当输出电流为70A时,合金质量改善的效果最好. 关键词:电磁悬浮熔炼; A356铝合金; 显微组织; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
