煅烧分解钾长石提取碳酸钾的实验研究 苗世硕1,冯武威1,刘贺1,张盼1,马鸿文1 (1.中国地质大学材料科学与工程学院,北京,100083;2.阜阳师范学院化学系,阜阳,236300) 摘要:探讨了碳酸钾助熔焙烧钾长石分解,熟料水浸取,CO2酸化浸取液,过滤除去沉淀,滤液经结晶除杂提取碳酸钾的过程.实验表明:分解钾长石最佳焙烧温度为860℃,焙烧时间40min,滤液酸化后的最佳pH值为8.0,滤液制备出的K2CO3,达到GB/T1587-2000Ⅱ型要求.并用差热/热失重和X粉晶衍射法对焙烧熟料进行分析,初步分析了分解反应的机理. 关键词:钾长石; 煅烧; 分解反应; 碳酸钾; 矿物聚......
