老化-荷载耦合下叠层轮胎隔震垫的竖向力学性能张广泰,陆东亮,章金鹏,张路杨,易宝新疆大学建筑工程学院摘 要:为研究叠层轮胎隔震支座(Scrap tire rubber pads,STP)在老化与不同荷载耦合下的轴压性能,选取180 mm×180 mm×69 mm的6层STP,利用老化试验箱和加载模具在100℃恒温及4 MPa,5 MPa,6 MPa作用下分别对试件进行77 h,154 h,231 h,308 h加速老化试验,对比试验前后加载模具力,试件外观,竖向极限压应力,竖向刚度和竖向变形性能的变化,得到它们随老化时间的变化规律.同时,在考虑老化前后STP竖向力学性能稳定性的基础上,建议选取5 MPa为最佳设计压应力.最后提出了STP的轴压破坏准则,修正了适用于叠层轮胎隔震垫的竖向变形性能公式......
