膨胀石墨/硬脂酸丁酯复合相变储热脱硫石膏板的研究 沈明1,张天友1,张东1 (1.同济大学材料科学与工程学院,上海,200092) 摘要:以多孔膨胀石墨(EG)为载体,硬脂酸丁酯(BS)为相变材料制备了相变储热复合材料,将所得材料与脱硫石膏和高分子乳液BASF400混合制备了相变储能石膏板.利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了温度(45~50℃)和高分子乳液BASF400对石膏板相变潜热的影响,分析结果表明,复合相变储热石膏板经长时间烘烤后相变潜热未出现明显变化,所得相变石膏板在建筑节能领域具有广阔的应用前景. 关键词:膨张石墨; 硬脂酸丁酯; 相变储热; 相变材料; 脱硫石膏; 石膏板; exfoliated graphite; butyl stearate; phase-change heat storing; phase-change materials......
