形变热处理对低浓度CuCr合金性能的影响夏承东1,汪明朴1,2,徐根应1,贾延琳1,李周1,2,龚深1,虞红春11. 中南大学材料科学与工程学院2. 有色金属材料科学与工程教育部重点实验室摘 要:用两种形变热处理工艺制备了Cu-0.4Cr合金,并通过测定不同工艺合金的硬度和电导率,研究了形变热处理工艺对合金性能的影响,以得到硬度和电导率综合性能优异的且适宜工业化批量生产的工艺.结果表明,CuCr合金在线热轧淬火后经60%冷轧并在450℃时效30min后其硬度和电导率分别为156Hv,86.4%IACS,该工艺适合工业化批量生产;经固溶-冷轧80%-450℃时效30min后,合金硬度和电导率可达176Hv,80.2%IACS,虽然该工艺所制备合金性能优异,但难以实现工业化批量生产.对所得结果分析表明,所......

深冷处理后CuCr真空触头材料的组织性能研究 王秀敏1,韩会民1,王玉魁1,丛吉远1 (1.大连理工大学材料系,辽宁,大连,116024) 摘要:CuCr50真空触头材料经深冷处理后,抗电弧烧蚀性能明显提高.本文利用电子探针,能谱,显微硬度测试等手段,对CuCr50合金深冷处理前后的显微组织和性能进行了对比分析.结果表明:CuCr50合金深冷处理后,显微孔洞明显减少,Cu基体孪晶增多,表面出现弥散分布的细小Cr颗粒.说明在深冷过程中,显微孔洞焊合,致密性增加,Cu基体的纯度增加,电极导热性,导电性随之增加.这种组织与性能的变化使真空开关的抗电弧烧蚀能力及开断能力得到较大改善. 关键词:深冷处理; 铜铬合金触头; 显微组织; 显微孔洞; 电弧烧蚀; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
