AZ91D镁合金热扩渗涂层研究 徐哲1,李明2,姜鹏1,席慧智1 (1.哈尔滨工程大学材料科学与化学工程学院,黑龙江,哈尔滨,150001;2.江西船用阀门厂,江西,九江,332500) 摘要:用固体粉末热扩渗法,对AZ91D镁合金表面实施纯Al及Al-Ce共渗处理.通过扫描电子显微镜,X射线衍射,能谱分析以及硬度测试和极化曲线测量,研究了扩渗涂层的组织和性能.结果表明,本方法可在镁合金表面获得连续,致密的表面渗层,渗Al及Al-Ce共渗层均能提高镁合金的硬度及耐腐蚀性,Al-Ce共渗层的硬度及耐蚀性明显优于渗纯铝. 关键词:AZ91D镁合金; 固体粉末热扩散; 渗Al; Al-Ce共渗; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

熔体快淬Al-Ce合金变质对ZL108组织和性能的影响 刘福才1,王军红1,胡宇鹏1,董天顺1,崔春翔1,李忠会1,窦晓玥1 (1.河北工业大学,天津,300130) 摘要:采用熔体快淬Al-Ce中间合金对ZL108活塞合金进行了变质处理,然后对变质后的ZL108合金试样进行了显微组织观察和性能检测,并与加入普通块状Al-Ce合金变质的ZL108合金进行了对比.结果表明,与加入块状Al-Ce变质剂相比,加入熔体快淬Al-Ce变质处理的ZL108合金,组织中的共晶硅得到了更好的细化,室温和高温力学性能得到了很大的提高.因此熔体快淬Al-Ce合金变质处理可更好的提高ZL108合金的综合力学性能. 关键词:变质处理; 熔体快淬; ZL108合金; Al-Ce中间合金; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
