Sol-gel制备二氧化钛复合抗菌材料的研究 王俊1,江伟1 (1.华东理工大学材料科学与工程学院,上海,200237) 摘要:以钛酸正丁酯为前驱物,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米级二氧化钛粉体和掺杂了二氧化硅以及银,铜,锌等金属的复合抗菌粉体.用EDS,TEM以及UV等技术对产物进行了表征,并对结果进行了比较分析.研究发现二氧化硅的包覆可有效减小产物粒径,改善其表面性质.而在纳米TiO2粉体中掺杂银和其它金属后,大大提高了粉体的抗菌性能,有效拓宽了纳米TiO2在紫外区对光的响应范围,还使其在可见光区也有了一定的吸收. 关键词:纳米TiO2; Sol-gel法; 抗菌; 银; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

新型的Sol-gel法制备Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3铁电陶瓷 张红芳1,张良莹1,姚熹1 (1.上海同济大学功能材料研究所,上海,200092) 摘要:采用新型的Sol-gel工艺制备了Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3(BST)超细粉体,将BST粉体进行压制和烧结,获得了晶粒尺寸在1μm以内的BST陶瓷块体.观察了BST陶瓷块体的结晶情况并测定了其电学性能.在Sol-gel工艺中,加入了有机大分子量聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(polyvinyl pyrrolidone,PVP)制备BST前驱体.实验结果表明:PVP的加入可有效增加前驱体的稳定性和分散性,降低BST陶瓷的预烧温度约250℃,并在1200℃获得晶粒细小,致密的BST陶瓷.BST陶瓷,显示弥散相变特征. 关键词:Sol-gel法; BST; 介电特性; 弥散相变; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
