α-Fe金属磁记录粉表面化学改性 宋宝珍1,王其祥1,李洪钟1 (1.中国科学院过程工程研究所,北京100080) 摘要:金属磁记录粉表面包覆硅烷偶联剂(KH550)可以明显改善其氧化稳定性.采用TEM,FT-IR,TG-DSC,Mossbauer,EXAFS以及VSM等分析方法,研究表面有机物结构以及表面吸附有机薄膜对金属粒子本身原子结构的影响.结果表明,有机物分子一方面与粒子表面氧化层发生较强的化学键合作用形成Si-O-Fe,表面有机物薄膜影响粒子表面Fe原子,电子状态;对粒子基体中Fe原子的第二近邻结构具有明显的影响,而对第一近邻结构没有影响. 关键词:金属磁记录粉; 硅烷偶联剂......
