  掺镁铌酸钾锂晶体的生长与介电特性 钟维烈1,张树君2,程振祥2,张沛霖1,陈焕矗2 (1.物理系,;2.山东大学晶体材料研究所) 摘要:首次用提拉法生长了K3Li2Nb5O15:Mg晶体,在10~700K的温度范围内,研究了该晶体的c,a方向片的介电温度特性,测量了频率在5×102~5×108Hz范围内介电常数的频率依赖关系.结果表明除了在623K附近有铁电-顺电相变以外,还在80K左右存在铁电-铁电相变,其介电弛豫频率约为250MHz左右. 关键词:掺杂; 相变; 介电性; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
