东川包子铺褐铁矿选矿试验研究 邱崇栋1,徐永仁1 (1.昆钢东川矿业公司,云南,安宁,654100) 摘要:采用传统的机械选矿方法处理昆钢包子铺褐铁矿很难达到铁精矿品位57%以上.采用磁化焙烧-磁选工艺处理包子铺褐铁矿,能有效提高铁精矿品位,可以得到铁精矿产率55.27%,铁品位59.47%,铁回收率92.86%的良好指标.氯化离析-弱磁选探索试验处理昆钢包子铺褐铁矿可以得到铁精矿产率36.26%,铁品位77.24%,含P 0.22%,铁回收率80.20%的指标. 关键词:褐铁矿; 磁化焙烧; 弱磁选; 氯化离析; limonite; magnetizing roasting; low intensity magnetic separation; chlorination segregation; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
