溶胶-凝胶法制备含有片状锐钛矿晶体的免烧型氧化钛薄膜 申乾宏1,杨辉1,高基伟1 (1.浙江大学,材料科学与工程学系,浙江,杭州,310027;2.浙江大学,绿色建材与应用技术工程研究中心,浙江,杭州,310027) 摘要:采用溶胶-凝胶法,在设计的反应体系中制备了锐钛矿型氧化钛溶胶,并采用浸渍提拉法在载玻片上成膜,无需常见研究中的高温热处理,即可获得锐钛矿型氧化钛薄膜.将氧化钛溶胶在40℃烘干后进行XRD测试,发现氧化钛粉末为锐钛矿型结构.对薄膜的扫描电镜分析,发现薄膜中存在片状的锐钛矿晶体.片晶的宽度约30 nm,长度从200 nm~1 μm不等.由于含有片状的锐钛矿晶体,所得的氧化钛薄膜可在紫外线激发下降解罗丹明B.光催化反应进行120 min时,罗丹明B的降解率达到45%. 关键词:锐钛矿型氧化钛溶胶; 片状晶体; 溶胶-凝胶; 室温制备; anatase TiO2......
