稀土元素在ZL101合金中的偏聚状态及对α相生长的影响郑志强1,熊新根1,易荣喜2,王丽1,裴志昆11. 南昌大学2. 井冈山大学摘 要:通过在铝硅合金中添加稀土元素,促进固液两相区的固相-α相的球化生长,以满足半固态成型技术对半固态坯料的要求.稀土元素在α相界面前沿的偏聚改变了α相生长的热力学条件,使α相的生长趋于均匀化,提高了α相球化效果,同时阻碍了α相的生长,细化了晶粒.在ZL101加入稀土元素后,使合金中的α相得到了球化,球化效果与稀土的加入量有关,当稀土加入量为0.50%时为最佳,稀土元素还能细化α相的晶粒.关键词:金属材料;铝硅合金;稀土;半固态;凝固;......

AlTiB纳米细化剂对ZL101合金力学及阻尼性能的影响 王浩伟1,张亦杰1,厉松春1,乐永康1,马乃恒1 (1.上海交通大学金属基复合材料国家重点实验室,上海,200030) 摘要:利用原位自生法合成的纳米晶粒细化剂,成功的克服了颗粒团聚,有效的抑制了颗粒的沉降.本试验用其对ZL101合金的细化行为进行了研究.试验结果表明:加入量为0.2%(质量分数)时,纳米晶粒细化剂可有效地细化初晶α-Al,改善共晶硅的形貌及尺寸,细化后铸态α-Al枝晶尺寸由44 μm减小至23 μm;经T6处理的细化后试样其拉伸断口为韧窝断口,且韧窝明显多于未细化试样;加入细化剂后保温30 min,与未细化合金相比,抗拉强度提高了28MPa,屈服强度提高了22 MPa,延伸率增加了2.6%;同时细化后合金的阻尼性能较未细化合金有了大幅提高,0.5 Hz时细化后室温阻尼性能Q-1=13×10-3,较之细化前......
