VOC2O4·H2O热分解制备纳米VO2粉体及相变特性 涂铭旌1,黄维刚1,林华2 (1.四川大学,材料科学与工程学院,四川,成都,610065;2.西南大学,材料科学与工程学院,重庆,400715) 摘要:提出了一种采用草酸氧钒(VOC2O4·H2O)热分解制备纳米VO2的方法.通过热分析(TG-DSC),XRD和TEM手段,分析了草酸氧钒前驱体的热分解过程,纳米VO2的结构和形貌,测定了纳米VO2粉体的电阻-温度曲线.实验结果表明VOC2O4·H2O热分解开始温度为343℃,在380℃,真空度为20~50Pa的条件下,热分解获得VO2的平均尺寸为22nm,相变温度为69℃. 关键词:VO2; 热致变色材料; 相变; 热分解; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
