一种NiTi合金耐蚀性能的正交试验研究 蔡伟1,赵连城1,王中1,赵兴科2 (1.哈尔滨工业大学材料学院;2.哈尔滨工业大学材料学院;哈尔滨工业大学威海分校) 摘要:通过正交试验研究了热处理及化学处理对冷轧NiTi合金耐蚀性的影响.结果表明,酸洗及硝酸钝化能够明显提高NiTi合金在1%NaC1溶液中的击穿电位;退火处理能够降低NiTi合金的自腐蚀电位及自腐蚀电流.约400℃退火的NiTi合金试样的耐蚀性最好,较冷轧态自腐蚀电流降低近一个数量级.水煮处理略降低NiTi合金的自腐蚀电位与自腐蚀电流,一定程度上提高其耐蚀性. 关键词:NiTi合金; 耐蚀性; 正交试验; [全文内容正在添加中] ......
