SrFe12O19化学镀Ni-Co合金的磁与吸波性能何晓勇,李巧玲,刘晓霞中北大学理学院化学系摘 要:目前,鲜见关于锶铁氧体化学镀Ni-Co合金吸波特性的报道,且关于吸波材料特性的研究集中于618 GHz波段,未有对06 GHz波段的报道.自制了SrFe12O19粉体,采用铜氨溶液及银氨溶液对其敏化活化后化学镀Ni-Co合金,并对银氨溶液敏化活化制备的试样进行热处理.采用X射线衍射仪,能谱仪及透射电镜分析复合材料的结构,成分及形貌;采用振动样品磁强计测试了其磁性能;采用网络分析仪分析其吸波性能.结果表明:化学镀后,SrF12O19表面已成功镀覆上了较均匀的Ni-Co合金镀层,银氨溶液敏化活化后的化学镀Ni-Co合金磁性能及吸波性能优于铜氨溶液敏化活化的;银氨溶液敏化活化制备的复合材料于420℃热处理1......

3.5%NaCl溶液中Ni-Co镀层失效过程的EIS研究解瑞,程凯,谢新根南京电子器件研究所摘 要:采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)技术对电沉积Ni-Co镀层在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀失效过程进行了研究,发现可采用4种等效电路对镀层的失效过程进行拟合:浸泡初期,镀层耐蚀性能良好,可以简单的等效为镀层电阻与镀层电容的并联;浸泡一段时间后,镀层/金属界面上发生腐蚀反应,引入了双电层电容和界面电荷转移电阻;浸泡后期,界面上的腐蚀产物产生积累,引入反映腐蚀产物信息的Warburg电阻元件;当腐蚀产物的积累影响到腐蚀介质的扩散时,引入了扩散电阻和扩散电容.通过对失效过程中镀层电阻和电容随时间的变化曲线进行分析,发现Ni-Co镀层在3.5%NaCl溶液中的失效过程可分为3个阶段:腐蚀介质的渗透阶段,界面金属的腐蚀阶......
