YF3-LiF熔盐体系中氧化物电解共沉积钇镁合金的阴极过程研究 李宗安1,颜世宏1,庞思明1,贺圣1,王志强1,陈博雨1 (1.北京有色金属研究总院有研稀土新材料股份有限公司,北京,100088) 摘要:采用循环伏安法分别以钨丝和铂丝为参比和工作电极, 光谱纯石墨棒为辅助电极, 在820 ℃下研究了添加Y2O3和MgO的YF3-LiF熔盐体系中Y3+和Mg2+在钨电极上的电化学还原过程. 结果表明: Y3+和Mg2+的析出是可逆的简单电荷传递反应, 且过程受扩散控制. 其反应分别为: Mg2++2e→Mg;Y3++3e→Y. 随着混合氧化物中Y2O3比例的增大, Y的析出电位向正方向移动, Mg的析出电位向负方向移动, 两者的析出电位差减小, 当Y2O3∶MgO=4∶1时钇离子和镁离子共放电析出. 关键词:钇镁合金; 氟化物熔盐; 共沉积; 阴极过程; [全文内容正在添加中] ......

几种金属阳离子对方解石与菱镁矿浮选的影响宋振国摘 要:金属阳离子对盐类矿物浮选具有重要影响.通过浮选试验和动电位测试,研究了油酸钠浮选体系中五种金属阳离子(Fe2+,Fe3+,Cu2+,Ca2+和Mg2+)对常见碳酸盐矿物方解石和菱镁矿浮选行为的影响.动电位测试结果表明,五种金属离子都在方解石和菱镁矿表面发生了吸附,但其对方解石和菱镁矿浮选行为的影响不同:Fe2+,Fe3+对方解石和菱镁矿具有明显抑制作用,Cu2+,Ca2+和Mg2+对菱镁矿有一定活化作用,Mg2+抑制了方解石浮选,而Cu2+和Ca2+对方解石浮选影响较小.关键词:金属阳离子;方解石;菱镁矿;浮选;盐类矿物;作用机理;......
